1. Description of Expedite International Business Solutions

Expedite International Business Solutions (hereafter referred to as Expedite IBS) is a trading name of Expedite Total Office Solutions Ltd.  Expedite IBS provides printer manufacturers globally with printable media for their testing, research and development and QA programmes, and assists in sourcing other items where required.

Expedite IBS is the data controller for your personal information.

Expedite IBS commits to using customer data responsibly, only sharing such data when it is strictly necessary for business purposes and ensuring that such data is kept secure and confidential.  This privacy policy explains how customer data will be used, and your rights with regards to your data.

Expedite IBS is UK based and any personal information is stored in the UK.  When coordinating with suppliers or agents in other countries for the purposes of arranging freight shipments, personal information such as names, delivery addresses and phone numbers may be transmitted to other countries only to facilitate said freight shipments.
